Emigdio Vasquez was an American – Chicano artist born in Jerome, Arizona and lived in Orange County, California where he painted over 400 oil works and 32 murals. His paintings have hung in galleries, the residence of a US Ambassador to Rome, Italy, and in many homes. Emigdio's paintings reflect his views of everyday life, socio-economics, and interest with street scenes, portraits, and still life images. He was a master artist with his applications of lighting, shadows, layers, and layout. His works can be seen in Limited Edition Collections: $1000, $800, and $500.
Emigdio's daughter, Rosemary, learned art from her father and in college. Like her father, she paints sill life images, nature, and portraits - along with historical scenes. She also was influenced by the Old Masters with an eye for lighting, shadows, layers, and layout. Her works can be seen under Nature, Still Life, and Historical as well as Originals and Prints Created Live on Periscope TV.
